Gauge range: (gauge range may change depending on finish)
- PE – 0.008 to .125 gauge (sheet stock)
- PP – 0.012 to .125 gauge (sheet stock)
- PE – 0.008 to .030 gauge (roll stock)
- PP – 0.012 to .030 gauge (roll stock)

When finishing, our PE and PP are very versatile and can be used in many converting operations like, die-cutting, folding, taping, riveting, embossing and foil stamping

Sheet Gauge Tolerance: - tolerance will be within +/- 5%
Physical Tolerance for Online Square Cutting Sheet: +/- 1/16”
Physical Tolerance for Offline Square Cutting Sheet: +/- 1/32”
Physical Tolerance for Sheet Characteristics:
- Down warp will be no more than ¼” on gauges 0.035 & below
- Up warp – none allowed on any gauge
- Edge Curl will be none to 1/8” up curl and none to 1/8” down curl
- Treat will be a minimum level of 56 dyne
Sheet Quality Tolerance:
- Sheet will be free of holes
- Sheet will be clean and well packaged
- Overall quality will be within ½ of 1% of total order
